Lathe Cut Polycarbonate Disc

This record is a square 8” lathe cut on a polycarbonate disc. Blue and beautiful! Works just like a normal vinyl disc and will last just as long. Volume is a little bit lower, about 80% of a regular vinyl record. Cut by Barry at Gorbys lathecuts in a limited edition of 25, handstamped and numbered. Plastic jacket. This record is monophonic.

Very raw analog synth music. Good times, fun music!

Side A (BOONMEE) is a little collage of sounds from the Serge modular system designed to amuse you.

Side B (BOONSONG) features heavy use of a bucket brigade delay, and some alternating oscillators. Kind of blurry. This track has also appeared on the cassette BBD ’13 in slightly longer form.
